Lastly, They run in order from easiest to hardest over the course of the week, just like in newspapers. Sat and Sun are squeezed onto one page. Too, for M-F, the # boxes are fairly large (this set is bigger by an inch or more than regular page-a-day calendars).
These are beautiful in a way I didn't know Sudoku could be. Also. Wow.
this set is better because each heavy paper page is separate from the others, no ripping off from the top. Enjoy. The 1st page points out that they are individually designed - not random computer generation - so the numbers you begin with form a flowing pattern across the grid.
They're very lovely.
Just right. I can't get enough Sudoku. I am wondering if you can buy refills, since the plastic holder/stand is reusable. It is not a book, but a page-a-day calendar, where you work the puzzle and then move it to the back of the stack. This sits next to my table and is part of my morning routine. Many of the books in stores are too simple, but this has a few very simple ones (Saturdays and Sundays), easy ones (Mondays and Tuesdays), tougher ones (Wednesdays and Thursdays) and one challenging one a week on Fridays.
The levels are not that difficult just enough to keep the fun in it. Nice colorfull layout easy to work with, self contained.
Well worth the price. I do it every day--even bought one for a friend. Second year with sudoku page-a-day calendar. Absolutely love it.
